Also, take care that one does not rub the eyes vigorously; gently massage the eyes. This would relax the delicate muscles of the eyes and one would certainly feel better.

Cucumber

This is one of the most widely followed remedies and it is also believed to be very effective. Simply lean back and keep two cucumber slices on the eyes and relax. One would feel fresh after some time.

There are eye creams available that leave a soothing effect on the eyes. Always prefer creams with vitamin E and aloe vera contents. Apply this cream as directed on the pack and one would feel the difference.
