  • 2 large grapefruits

  • 2 tablespoons of cold pressed flax oil or Udo's choice
Method
Squeeze out the juice of the lemons and grapefruits using a blender. Grate ginger and garlic, and using a garlic press, squeeze out the juice. Add water in the blender, Udo's choice/flax oil, acidophilus powder, and blend for around 30 seconds. You can add more ginger or garlic according to taste.

Recipe Using Orange Juice

Here is an all-natural liver cleansing recipe, which is among the good and beneficial liver detox recipes. 
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • ¼ cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ½ tablespoon finely chopped ginger
  • ½ tablespoon finely chopped garlic
Method
Mix the aforementioned ingredients in a blender, for around 30 seconds. Strain the juice, and chill the juice mix in the refrigerator for few hours, so that the liver detox juice becomes palatable.
Drink all the juice before you go to sleep, lie still in your bed for 5 minutes and then go to sleep. Repeat drinking the juice for 3 consecutive nights, and you will notice difference in your health.
