  • For those who smoke, try to gradually reduce, and then completely stop smoking. The effects of nicotine on the human body are several, and reducing its intake is only going to be positive. Since nicotine consumes oxygen from the blood, the lack nicotine will allow the right amount of oxygen to prevail in the body.
