Hemp seed oil is obtained by pressing the seeds of the hemp plant. Hemp seeds have the second-highest protein content and many essential nutrients. These elements regulate cardiovascular functioning, reduce the signs of aging, counteract on skin-related problems, and build immunity.
Hemp is actually the name given to the soft and durable fiber that is obtained from the Cannabis sativa plants. The products from this plant are often used for industrial and commercial purposes. The industrial uses of hemp are textiles, paper, construction, health foods, medicine, biodegradable plastics, and fuel.
The most used product of hemp is the oil extracted from the seeds of this plant. This oil is mostly used in many skin and hair care products. There are many more benefits of this oil, as it is proven to be useful for the heart and in fighting against cancer.

■ This oil can also be used in the production of paints, as it doesn't cause any harmful releases when washed down from the drain and has very low emissions than the petroleum paints that are currently being used.
