Procedure:
Put adequate amount of cassia tea in a teapot, usually 1 teaspoon is adequate for 300 ml of water. Now pour boiling water and brew for 2 minutes. Cassia seed tea is ready. You may add sugar cubes if you wish to add more flavor.

Side Effects of Cassia Seeds

While we have the many benefits of the cassia seed, the USP being - weight loss, do not rely completely on herbal remedies for weight loss. Combine it with diet and exercise for apt results. Now, talking about, the side effects, we know that anything in excess is harmful to the body.
