Turmeric milk is just a cup of milk heated with about half a teaspoon of powdered turmeric. Add a pinch of black pepper, salt, saffron, cardamom, caraway seeds, cinnamon or ginger powder, sugar or honey for taste. To relieve the symptoms, drink a cup of warm turmeric milk, 2 or 3 times a day. Drink the mixture on an empty stomach to derive rapid results.

Rash and Red Patches on Skin

If you have rash and red patches on your skin that look like blotches, you could resort to making a face pack consisting of a pinch of turmeric and milk.
